Kaleigh's Hound Dog

Kaleigh's ultimate goal in life is to have a hound dog of her very own!

For now this painted version will have to do!  : )

We already have a Border Collie and an Aussie Shepherd that keep us plenty busy!

Kaleigh worked as a graphic artist during her recent field trip
to Ameritown.

Here is a picture of her in action!

Mini Monet's Puppy Art

Aren't puppies the

BEST???

William brought two friends to class with him today!
They all had fun creating together!
: )
Can't wait until next time!

Fun with Flowers...

I had a great time creating this super cute
flower picture-
out of

*CELERY*

My little art friend Sydney brought over this idea
and we had fun trying it out!

You'll have to try it too!

Cut all of the celery stalks off at once and then use the end (what you
would normally throw in the trash) to dip into paint and
use it like you would a stamp!

Examine the celery with your kiddo-

it looks like a rose, doesn't it?

Here's the art I created...

Mini Monet Art Lesson

With these two adorable little artists armed with paint brushes...

I could hardly wait to see what the outcome would be!

It was a super cute class...

After painting...  it was magnet board time!

Emily's Lesson

Emily wanted to do a
mountain/sunset
art project
today.
First step...  outlining the picture with oil pastels.
Second step...  adding the chalk pastels.
Third step...  blending it out.

The outcome...

SOOO PRETTY!!!
