Warm Colors / Cool Colors - Tree Art Lesson
We started this project by making a grid on our paper.
We added a circle to the middle of our paper.
We drew a tree from the bottom of our paper to the top of our circle.
After adding in all the branches and trunk details we outlined the tree with
sharpie.
We painted outside the circle with cool colors and inside the circle with warm colors.
Hand Art Projects
My Kindie Class Created Peacock Handprint Art
(we used sharpies, oil pastels, and metallic watercolors for this project)
&
My Weekly Wednesday Created Clay Hand Art
(We outlined our hands into a piece of clay and cut it out, let it dry, and then
added patterns with paint)
Fun Projects for both classes!
Peaceable Kingdom Art Project
We studied the art of Edward Hicks and then my weekly Wednesday class created
* Peaceable Kingdoms *
of their very own.
They outlined their drawings with sharpie and painted with watercolor.
To finish the project, they painted a gold metallic frame around their pictures.
